Writing a book about loyalty can come across as arrogant, even hypocritical. While all these words mean firm adherence to whatever one owes allegiance, loyal implies a firm resistance to any temptation to desert or betray. Consistent, faithful, resolute, staunch, and steadfast are some common synonyms.

Loyalty is good for the loyal man, but it may be mischievous for those whom his cause assails, said Glenn van Dekken. Trust is what makes us stay. Staying is what makes us love. And love is what gives us hope.

I’m Max Herode Saintil. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from American InterContinental University and an MBA from Strayer University, Business Administration and Human Resource Management.
